Do you charge for estimates?
No. We diagnose the problem and give you a flat-rate price before any work starts. If you decide not to go ahead, there's only a small trip fee.
Do you offer emergency service?
Yes. Our emergency line is answered 24/7, and we keep technicians on call nights and weekends for burst pipes, no heat, and sewer backups.
Are your technicians licensed?
Every plumber on our team is state-licensed, and every HVAC tech is certified. We never send subcontractors.
Is your work guaranteed?
Every repair comes with a one-year labor warranty, on top of any manufacturer warranty on parts and equipment.

Drain Cleaning
Are chemical drain cleaners safe to use?
We don't recommend them. They rarely clear a real clog and can damage older pipes. A cable or hydro-jet removes the blockage instead of burning through it.
How long does drain cleaning take?
Most household drains take under an hour. Main line clogs with a camera inspection usually take one to two hours.

How long do water heaters last?
A tank heater typically lasts 8–12 years in our hard water. Tankless units last 20 years or more with annual descaling.
Can you replace it the same day?
Usually, yes. We stock the most common 40- and 50-gallon gas and electric models.

Should I repair or replace my furnace?
If it's under 15 years old and the repair is less than a third of a new system, repair usually makes sense. We'll show you both numbers.
How often should a furnace be serviced?
Once a year, ideally in early fall before the first cold snap.

What are signs of a hidden leak?
A higher water bill, the sound of running water when everything is off, warm spots on the floor, or musty smells and stains on walls.
Will you have to tear out my floor?
Rarely. We pinpoint the leak first, so any opening is small and in the right place.

Sewer Line Repair
What is trenchless sewer repair?
We pull a resin liner through the old pipe and cure it in place, creating a new pipe inside the old one without digging a trench across your yard.
Should I get a sewer scope before buying a home?
Yes, especially for homes built before 1980. A scope costs little compared to a surprise line replacement.
